Greetings! Fellow Georgians,

I have recently been elected President to take over from past President Mr. Beh Cheng Chuah who had led OGA for 37 years, a record that is unbeatable for any La Sallian Association President.

We have a new team of Committee Members each assigned with a portfolio to attend to. For the immediate term we have organised:-

• a membership drive to encourage Old Georgians to join as members and in particular, as life members of OGA;
• a quarterly newsletter to inform members (or any interested Georgian) of news of present status and future plans of our Alma Mater;
• start a website to network with and among Georgians;
• news of old teachers and La Salle Brothers of SGI;
• start a rented premises for Georgians to meet, eventually leading to our own building;
• news of illustrious sons of SGI;
• news of La Salle Federation and future of La Salle education facilities;
• news of past, present and future Taiping.

OGA Committee feels that Georgians must be kept informed and perhaps enable them to network among themselves and even among their siblings to keep alive memories of roots of their youth.

We need support from Georgians to help us to reach to all of you. So please become life members and help us in any way, financially or spiritually to re-establish memories of your youth and perhaps network fruitfully and for your prosperity.
